PACT :(Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a general partnership of Kenaidan:, Obayashi:, **Alberici :**and Amico:, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program within Pearson LIFT (Long-Term Investment in Facilities and Terminals)—Toronto Pearson’s multi-year infrastructure development plan.
Project Overview:
Accelerator addresses urgent passenger growth needs while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future, including:

**Kenaidan :**is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the PACT team, playing a key role in driving the rapid and strategic recruitment efforts for this high-impact program. This role plays a critical role in delivering full-cycle recruitment across technical, operational, and functional roles. This position supports the attraction and selection of top talent across all project areas.
How will you contribute to the team?:
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Manage full-cycle recruitment through to pre-offer stage for assigned roles across PACT sub-programs.

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements based on approved hiring schedules.
-
Prepare, post, and manage job advertisements across approved channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, partner portals, industry platforms).

Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for all approved construction and technical positions.

Support equitable, transparent, and compliant recruitment practices aligned with partnership standards.
-
Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, pipeline reporting, offer tracking, and onboarding workflows.

Liaise with HR teams across joint venture partner companies to support shared hiring and internal transfer processes.

Participate in interview panels, candidate assessments, and reference checks.

Contribute to employer branding, recruitment events, and talent marketing initiatives.

Recommend improvements to recruitment workflows and candidate experience.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all governance, compliance, and documentation standards.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and candidate engagement through to the pre-offer stage.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (BambooHR considered an asset).
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management capability.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Smartsheet: is an asset.
