About the role
NSF is seeking to add an Intern to its team. In this role, the successful candidate will serve as a support function for the Certification Account Management and the successful candidate will partner with Account Managers to learn Certification and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities: Provides administrative support

Accurately enters customer information in internal and external databases

Create job or audit based on application request

Review application for completeness

Attains Key Performance Indicators and turnaround times outlined by the department

Learns & applies knowledge current on scheme requirements

Performs routine administrative tasks as requested

Data collection & organization

Performs other duties as needed

Qualifications: The individual must be a co-op student

Eligible students must be either a Canadian citizen OR permanent resident
-
The student must have an interest in working in the food industry, including support functions such as accounting, programing, HR etc.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience in an office setting preferred

Dedicated university student enrolled in a related program
