Position Overview:
This role will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks required to support the efficient flow of goods through the Distribution Centre. Clerical duties incude creating and distributing critical operations documents, maintaining records, preparing forms, verifying information, helping identify and resolving system issues, and investigating vendor compliance issues and other flow through problems.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and report warehouse management system (WMS) and process issues, and assist in the root cause analysis and solution recommendations

Monitor Advance Shipping Notice compliance from our vendors

Diagnose, troubleshoot, understand, maintain and diagnose problems associated with hardware issues and maintenance
-
Solve problems that affect the Distribution Centre operations service
-
Communicate with vendors
-
Perform receipt verification and inventory adjustments in WMS
-
Trigger allocations for store distributions
-
Prepare paperwork and assign proper disposition method for processing shipments
-
Enter data in a variety of system applications (i.e. Manhattan) as required

Distribution of assigned tasks

- Knowledge of Distribution Center operations and systems (Manhattan WMS, Yard Smart & SAP) an asset
- Essential for this role are strong organizational and communication skills
