Summary

Blara Organic House is seeking a Retail Supervisor to supervise daily retail sales operations, support team performance, and maintain high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to reflect brand values.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a high-performance team.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Collaborate with head office on marketing initiatives and product launches.

Qualifications

• High school graduation certificate
• 2 years to less than 3 years in retail sales
• Experience in customer service and retail team coordination
• Experience in staff training, onboarding, or supervisory support is an asset
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay: $28.00-$29.00 per hour
