The Palladino Auto Group is hiring a Service Manager in Sudbury!
What is it?
A Service Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, managing, and building the team, maintaining the focus and attainment of the operations results, forecasting, and preparing financial reports. Effectively they are catalysts to communication within their teams, the dealership and group, while serving as the main contact with brand/factory representatives. They are also responsible for the control of costs within the fixed operation departments, promotion of and development of incentives and marketing plans, and departmental logistics.
A Service Manager joining our team will oversee all aspects of the Service and Parts Department; analyzing reports, ensuring that customer satisfaction targets are met, and coaching the teams in Service to maintain a first-class customer experience. Your crucial leadership qualities assist in achieving individual and collective goals. The overall objective is that of setting and maintaining a high service standard for customers, and further enhancing the relationship with the customer.
Service teams work 5 shifts a week from Monday to Friday with the possibility for an evening or late shift as business requires.

What do I need?
· Post Secondary Diploma or Trade School Certificate in Automotive Studies, or relevant studies
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ideally two (2) years minimum as a Service Manager; Automotive dealership experience preferred
