Description Revenue Operations Manager Starting base salary CAD$57,500 - $77,500* / USD$57,000 – $77,000 Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits

Individual pay offers are determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process.
Own and lead projects to scale and improve our systems and processes, maximizing automation, formalizing our procedures, and introducing best practices.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and refine predictive and historical revenue reporting and analytics, including the generation of Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Salesforce.com.
- Provide essential sales support to our New Logo, Growth, and Business Development teams, including training, pipeline hygiene, and analysis
- Document and maintain process documentation around quote to cash activities and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain a team repository of training documents and standard template documents
- Direct scheduled Tech system maintenance, enhancements, reporting and data visibility initiatives
- Support data governance practices and policies across customer systems
- Oversee the management of Sales and Marketing Tech Stack which includes: Salesforce.com and its thirteen integrated applications.
What You’ll Bring To This Role
- 5 or more years’ Sales Operations experience in a SaaS company, with proficient expertise in Salesforce.com administration, deal configuration, order management and booking.
- Understanding of the sales process with core focus on development and enforcing processes for scale across our sales teams
- Ability to identify areas where we can improve sales productivity and impact revenue – analyze, course correct and implement as needed
- Proven success working across stakeholder teams to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization
- Experience supporting system releases including business requirements gathering and case management
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present at all levels, listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions, lead discussions, and articulate the vision of the company.
- Excellent strategic, project planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail and self-directed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly effective interpersonal skills; excels at relationship building, collaboration, and inspiring teams.
- Creative, out-of-the box mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and data manipulation tools (Data Loader)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience supporting and training sales teams on systems and processes
- Excellent data analysis, reporting and presentation skills
- Change management skills (project scope, delivery and post-deployment activities)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail and good time management
