We are looking for a Product Manager to play a central role in shaping our digital product experience end‑to‑end. Although this position primarily focuses on our mobile application product, there is also cross functional involvement with our other digital products. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, design thinking, and technical execution. You’ll own the roadmap, collaborate deeply with engineering and business stakeholders, to bring new features to life that delight users and drive measurable business impact.
Estimated Salary: $105,000 to $125,000 anually based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities. What You Will Do
- Product strategy and roadmap – Own the roadmap for the mobile experience, defining quarterly roadmaps and set priorities that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Execution and delivery – Lead and manage feature planning and product development from idea to release. Help ensure predictable delivery and look for opportunities to drive improvements in how we work.'
- Customer insight and validation - Lead discovery with customers and stakeholders, synthesize feedback, and validate hypotheses with data.
- Design and user experience - Partner with engineering to shape concepts, review prototypes, and iterate on flows that solve real user problems.
- Technical collaboration and quality - Work closely with engineering to define scope, clarify architecture, and verify release readiness through acceptance testing.
- Communication and adoption - Demo releases to internal teams, socialize changes with customers, and define and drive go-to-market implementation.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in product management with a strong focus on mobile applications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build alignment with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Proven track record delivering complex features end-to-end using Agile frameworks
- Proactive self-starter with a get-things-done attitude to make your product and team successful
- Comfortable discussing architecture and tradeoffs with engineers; familiarity with iOS and Android platform constraints
- Experience with UX/UI design and capable of concept development in partnership with design teams strongly preferred
- Strong business analysis skills and experience using analytics tools to inform decisions
- Excellent ability to prioritize in the face of competing demands
