Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with over 15 Years of proven expertise in project management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Proficiency in both English and Canadian French is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, while identifying and mitigating risks. Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders. Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements and deadlines. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential issues. Implement best practices in project management, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

Extensive knowledge and experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2). Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a complex environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Canadian French, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Expertise in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ Years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading large, cross-functional projects. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building. Fluency in English and Canadian French, both written and verbal.
