MAKE AN IMPACT THAT MATTERS
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to support our growing Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this key support role, you’ll contribute to the success of the Vancouver office by helping to coordinate project activities, streamline processes, and support project delivery teams to stay on track and within scope.
You’ll assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects—helping to coordinate schedules, resources, and documentation to keep project teams aligned and on track. With a strong focus on organization, collaboration, and communication, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys refining project workflows, and is committed to supporting the successful delivery of high-quality projects from kickoff through closeout.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Assists project coordination and project management tasks (e.g., project charters, project status, meeting minutes).
-
Assists in managing scope, budget, and schedule for projects including entering data into ERP.
-
Begins to develop an understanding of internal technical capabilities and deliverables which impact the successful delivery of a project.
-
Assists the team in quality management (e.g., coordinating design reviews, document control, gathering lessons learned).

Assists the team in project delivery to clients and document control (i.e., document formatting, formatting of deliverables, issuance
tracking, client liaising for deliverables, etc.) -
Maintains regular contact with design team to ensure clear roles and responsibilities of team throughout the duration of the project.

Leads construction administration function such as RFI, Shop Drawings, etc.

Begins to develop an understanding of contract comparison and scope. Assists with the team's adherence to contract requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
-
Diploma or Degree in Engineering an asset.
-
5+ years of project coordination experience in AEC.
-
Knowledge of Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam Studio/Project, Word, and other project management reporting tools.
-
Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.

Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
-
Good accuracy and documentation skills.
-
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.

TOTAL REWARDS
The expected salary for this role is between $72,000 to $92,000 annually. Base salaries are determined considering several factors such as skills and competencies, experience, education, and internal and external competitiveness. Along with your base salary we offer a wide array of programs that include our Short Term Incentive bonus program, technical and business training, mentoring, wellness initiatives, the opportunity to participate in our coveted Defined Benefit Pension plan, flexible work arrangement, and hybrid work structure.

HH Angus and Associates Limited was founded in 1919 and today is one of Canada’s larger private engineering firms. Since its inception, HH Angus has been providing consulting engineering services to a broad range of clients in the Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial sectors, in addition to our current deep portfolio of work both in the energy generation / distribution industry, and in the technology sector.
