We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (Azure Databricks)

Required skills

Technical business analysts with knowledge of source to target mapping documents, data lineage
Well versed with data profiling, data analysis

should be able to write SQL queries to query & analyze data.
well versed with cloud concepts.
should be able to use databricks/notebook to query/analyze cloud data

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Will be working as Business System Analyst on Azure and Databricks platform

2. Should attend daily stand ups/ scrum calls/ quarterly PI

3. Work with business and product teams to understand project requirements

4. Create functional specification documents and source-to-target mapping documents

5. Should perform data analysis, data validation, lineage analysis, data classification

6. Give walkthrough of the requirements to Developers/Engineers/Testers

Qualifications:

1. Experience in creating source to target mapping documents and perform data lineage

2. Well versed with data profiling, data analysis

3. Should be able to write SQL queries to query & analyze data

4. Good knowledge of cloud concepts

5. Should be able to use Databricks notebook to query and analyze cloud data

Work model

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until March 5th 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between CAD$ 100,000 K -$ 125,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
