We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented, team player to support our organization as Senior Financial Analyst on the Business Performance team. The successful candidate will support in delivering accurate and timely management reporting and analytics to support brand and portfolio management for Agency Brands. This person will support the development and maintenance of all financial reporting and co-ordination of the key annual planning and forecasting cycles in the business with key stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as a financial partner to the Marketing and Go-to-Market teams, providing insights and analysis to drive brand growth and profitability.
- Support the evaluation of brand investments, and promotional strategies, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Develop and maintain reporting framework to track performance of Agency supplier businesses both from Arterra and Supplier POV
- Prepare and analyze the monthly financial close for area of responsibility in the Marketing organization, assessing the impact of month results on future forecasts and required actions by teams.
- Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of Agency Brands including brand investments ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Monitor brand P&L performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiative to ensure budget compliance with business unit owners.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls, maintaining transparency and fiscal discipline in brand-related expenditures
- Proactively support business unit managers to provide them with monthly reports and commentary.
- Lead with a growth mindset to drive simplification and automation of existing processes.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
What You Bring
- Education: University Degree (preference to Accounting or Business Administration)
- Experience: 3-5 years experience in progressive Finance roles
- Qualifications, Certifications or Designations: CPA or MBA
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with financial forecasting tools and financial modelling
- Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt; maintain focus and a high degree of accuracy while working with complex data in an environment of ever-changing deadlines, priorities, and requirements.
- Be positive, energetic, and comfortable in an open, dynamic, and collaborative company culture.
- Experience in the wine industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI, Hyperion, JDE, or other BI tools an asset.

Compensation : Budgeted Range – $78,200.00 - $101,200.00 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
The budgeted range will align with qualifications, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
