Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Program Assistant III: Hearing Healthcare Services, based in Toronto. Reporting to the Manager, Hearing Healthcare Operations, the Program Assistant III: Hearing Healthcare Services is responsible for providing support to all levels of management within the Hearing Healthcare Team (Supervisor, Manager, Hearing Healthcare Operations, and Director) related to service deliveries and administrative support to Speech Language Pathology (SLP) and Audiology (AUD) provincially.

This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Humanities, Health Sciences or equivalent, along with 3-5 years’ related work experience, preferably in a social service agency. Must have experience in advanced accounting processes and producing cyclical summaries and reports, combined with advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Internet, and Database applications.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. A sense of urgency is required, as well as the ability to handle a pressurized environment and manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines.The candidate will also be responsible for covering clinics as needed, based on business requirements.
