##Program Manager – Wealth Management (Enterprise Data)
**Work Arrangement:**Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite
###Role Overview
RSM is seeking an experiencedProgram Managerfor atemporary engagementsupporting aWealth Management client within RSM’s Global Banking practice, with a strong focus onenterprise data programs. This role will provide end‑to‑end oversight of complex, data‑driven initiatives and work closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
###Key Responsibilities
- Lead and overseedata‑focused programs, including:
- Data Management
- Data Analytics
- Data Integration
- Data Migration
- Provideend‑to‑end program and project oversight, from planning through execution and delivery
- Manageclient and internal stakeholder engagement, communication, and expectations
- Translatebusiness and client requirementsinto clear, executable delivery plans and roadmaps
- Coordinate and overseetesting, deployment, and implementationactivities
- Track and report on program status, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment withRSM delivery standards, timelines, and objectives
###Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience inprogram and project managementwithindata‑centric environments
- Demonstrated experience leadingenterprise‑scale data initiatives
- Strongstakeholder managementandexecutive‑level communicationskills
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Business requirements gathering
- Testing coordination
- Deployment and implementation planning
- Ability to operate effectively in aclient‑facing, regulated financial services environment
###Preferred Experience
- Experience supportingWealth Management clientswithinBanking or Financial Services
- Prior involvement inenterprise data transformation programs
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams across business, technology, and data functions

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $58 - $88 per hour
