You are: An experienced Learning & Development leader with deep understanding of the Retail and Consumer Goods industry. You know that continuous learning is essential for keeping pace with customer expectations, innovation, and frontline workforce evolution. You have the tools, expertise, and strategic mindset to help clients build scalable learning ecosystems, modernize their training capabilities, and upskill their workforces to stay competitive. People look to you for guidance—not just because you know the work, but because you know how to elevate your team and deliver impact for clients.

The work:- Lead clients through learning and workforce transformation initiatives that enable their organizations to be more capable, agile, and future-ready.

  • Develop human-centered learning strategies that enable capability building across store operations, supply chain, commercial teams, and frontline employees.

  • Translate business objectives and strategic direction into holistic learning and skilling solutions.

  • Design modern, agile learning ecosystems—including academies, blended learning programs, digital learning pathways, and performance support tools.

  • Apply learning-focused methodologies such as:

  • Learning analytics and skills intelligence

  • Persona-based learning experience design

  • Capability modeling and workforce skilling frameworks

  • Engagement and facilitation tools (e.g., Mentimeter, ThinkTank)

  • Guide clients in adopting modern learning technologies such as LXPs, LMS platforms, microlearning tools, and digital content creation platforms.

  • Help clients evolve their learning culture, build leadership capability, and create resilient organizations equipped for continuous change.

  • Support business development activities including proposals, client relationship development, and solution design.

  • Contribute to the growth of the Talent & Organization practice through thought leadership, research, capability development, and knowledge sharing. Here’s what you need:- 5+ years of consulting experience.

  • 3+ years of Learning & Development, capability building, or workforce skilling experience.

  • 5+ years of experience within the Retail or Consumer Goods industry.

  • A University Degree is required for this position

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. Bonus points if:- You have at least 5 years of consulting experience specifically in Learning & Development.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in three or more of the following areas:

  • Learning Analytics

  • Learning Measurement & Tracking

  • Learning Experience Design (LxD)

  • Design Thinking for Learning

  • Capability Modeling / Skills Frameworks

  • Agile Learning Development

  • You have strong experience designing, developing, and scaling modern HR and learning processes.

  • You are familiar with digital learning and talent tools such as HR automation, skills intelligence, future workforce design, or workforce analytics. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.

It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
