Position: Literature Expert
Type: Contract Compensation: $40–$90/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10+ hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Design rigorous literature-based tasks across genres, time periods, and analytical frames.
- Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, interpretive depth, and alignment with academic standards.
- Develop variations of prompts based on response length, tone, style, and intended audience.
- Identify and document model failure cases where AI outputs lack insight or accuracy.
- Collaborate asynchronously with peers and researchers through structured feedback and shared documentation.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Advanced degree in Literature, English, or a related humanities discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in literary teaching, research, or publishing.
- Strong grounding in both canonical and contemporary literary works.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and interpretive skills.
- Ability to assess reasoning and articulate feedback clearly.
