Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Operations Manager, based in Whitby, ON, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Operations Manager will manage sale operations, optimize processes, analyze data, and develop efficient procedures to support internal team. This role involves working with cross-functional departments to align operations and business goals while maintaining excellent relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support data-driven decision-making
- Experience in operations management and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
- Expert experience with CRM software and PowerBI
