We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable transformation and is ready to support the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives across our diverse global portfolio. Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Sustainable Investing and Operations, the successful candidate will receive mentorship, coaching and guidance throughout their time at Oxford.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Associate Director, Global Sustainable Investing and Operations to execute on several transformation initiatives, supporting end-to-end planning and delivery

  • Providing administrative and project / portfolio management support regarding Oxford’s energy, emissions and environmental data management platform

  • Developing the needed tools, templates, processes, and workflows to help streamline environmental data management integration to business processes

  • Supporting updating the Oxford master project cost database for global decarbonization projects

  • Supporting integration of qualitative ESG data into the new ESG dashboard on PowerBI

  • Supporting development and launch of the several PowerBI dashboard products built off the newly built ESG data pipeline, including:

  • Green Investment dashboard

  • Carbon Emissions Forecasting Tool

  • GRESB improvement plans

  • Reporting dashboard

  • Decarbonization data dashboard

  • Helping to lead / support internal meetings and team development initiatives

  • Managing relationships with key business stakeholders

  • Developing solutions working in conjunction with our asset management, finance, data, and technology teams

  • Development of presentation and preparation materials to support meetings with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ad hoc research, assignments, and deliverables as needed, related to the following subjects: decarbonization technologies, green market instruments, physical climate risk/climate change, emerging industry regulations, standards, and best practices

You Should Apply If

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Sustainability
  • Passionate about pursuing a career in Operations, Transformation, Sustainability
  • Intellectually curious, self-motivated and directed, and committed to learning
  • Able to produce clear, logical and polished deliverables
  • Able to prioritize and deliver high quality product within deadlines
  • Adept at creating materials in MS PowerPoint and Excel, and comfortable with learning new tools (i.e., PowerBI)
  • Experience driving process improvements is an asset
