Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) planificateur matière et travaux en quart de soir pour rejoindre notre équipe des opérations basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe de planification des travaux et matières chargée d’assurer la disponibilité des stocks à temps ainsi que la continuité de l’exécution des travaux

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que Planificateur Matière et Travaux sera de:

• Supporter l'équipe de soir de 15h00 à 23h40.
• Assurer la disponibilité des stocks à temps
• Assurer la continuité de l’exécution des travaux
• Prioriser l'avancement des travaux afin de respecter le plan de production

Activités principales

• Supporter l'équipe de soir de 15h00 à 23h40.
• Assurer la disponibilité des stocks à temps
• Assurer la continuité de l’exécution des travaux
• Prioriser l'avancement des travaux afin de respecter le plan de production
• Assurer un suivi d’informations entre les quarts de travail
• Développer des solutions pour aligner l'offre et la demande afin de réaliser et améliorer la stratégie de gestion des stocks
• Interagir avec diverses équipes multidisciplinaires (Logistique-Approvisionnement, Méthodes, Génie Usine, Génie Industriel, Ingénierie,Qualité)
• Participer aux projets d'amélioration (AOS, 5S, lean manufacturing, réduction des coûts, amélioration de la fabrication, etc.)

Profil / Compétences requise

• Vous détenez un baccalauréat en logistique ou en génie industriel, en gestion des opérations et de la logistique, ou un diplôme d'études collégiales avec une expérience équivalente;
• Vous avez de deux à cinq ans d'expérience pertinente en logistique ou en planification de production
• Vous avez une expérience pertinente dans l'industrie automobile ou aérospatiale (un atout);
• Vous avez un fort intérêt pour l'amélioration continue et les principes de fabrication allégée;
• Vous avez une bonne compréhension du français et de l'anglais écrit et parlé (un atout);
• Vous avez une facilité à utiliser la Suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
• Vous avez une facilité à utiliser Google Suite (Files, Docs, Slides)
• Vous détenez une expérience de travail avec SAP (un atout);

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a PreFAL Material and Work Planner for the evening shift to join our operations team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.

You will be part of the work and material planning team responsible for ensuring the timely availability of inventory and the continuity of work execution.

The team is organized in a way that promotes cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous manner, with members supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Materials and Work Planner will be to:

• Support the evening team from 3:00 p.m. to 11:40 p.m.
• Ensure the timely availability of inventory.
• Ensure the continuity of work execution.
• Prioritize work progress in order to comply with the production plan.

Your challenges:

• Support the evening team from 3:00 p.m. to 11:40 p.m.
• Ensure stock availability on time
• Ensure the continuity of the execution of the works
• Prioritization of work progress in order to respect the schedule
• Follow up on information between shifts
• Develop solutions to align supply and demand to achieve and improve inventory management strategy
• Interact with various multidisciplinary teams (Logistics-Supply, Methods, Plant Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Quality)
• Participate in improvement projects (AOS, 5S, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, manufacturing improvement, etc.)

Qualification:

• You have a bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, Operations & Logistics Management, or College Diploma with equivalent experience ;
• You have two to five years of relevant experience in logistic or production planning
• You have a relevant experience in automotive or aerospace industry(an asset);
• You have a strong interest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles;
• You have a good understanding of French and English written and spoken(an asset);
• You have an ease to use Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
• You have an ease to use Google Suite (Files, Docs, Slides)
• You hold a work experience with SAP (an asset);
