Westfine Meats Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time On -site experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead new projects to enhance our productions capabilities and efficiency . The ideal candidate will be well organized, have strong attention to details, and be a self-motivated individual that has experience dealing with multiple projects.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate efficiently with partners, clients and vendors to deliver projects according to plan
- Responsible for designing, execution, coordination and completion of projects/programs
- Monitor project progress and work with the departments/staff
- Ensure project transparency with timely and clear progress updates to senior management
- Use available business intelligence tools to provide insight into project progression ad action items
- Identify efficiencies or process improvement opportunities within project life cycle
- Communicate any risks, issues or delays to projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Overall site support for Project Management
- Other duties as required
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in related field & equivalent experience in a related role is preferred
- 5+ years project management expertise with a track record of success
- Food Manufacturing experience minimum 1 year
- Proficient with the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be open and flexible to change, take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Effective self-managing, good problem-solving skills, planning, organizing and priority setting skills
- Demonstrated strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to mentor and guide team members throughout the organization
