About the role
What You’ll Be Doing
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
- Operate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks)
- Maintain inventory logs and ensure timely replenishment
Inventory & Sustainability
- Manage inventory with accurate monthly updates
- Track and manage expiring products
- Coordinate donations and recycling aligned with our sustainability commitments
Coordination & Communication
- Partner with couriers to ensure smooth, on-time shipping
- Support e-commerce order fulfillment
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and internal teams on samples and mailouts
- Communicate daily needs with drivers and vendors
Day-to-Day Support
- Assist with customer claims and shipment discrepancies
- Coordinate LTL shipments and recycling vendors
- Support team events and internal requests (including the occasional gift basket build)
What You Bring
- Experience in warehouse or distribution operations
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with MS Office and warehouse systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-first mindset
- Ability to lift and move product as needed
Notes
- 6-Month Contract
- Richmond, BC (2-minute walk from Bridgeport Skytrain Station)
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- $65,000–$75,000 annualized (paid biweekly)
- Additional % paid in lieu of benefits
- Gym & Snacks on-site
