Position Overview

Canyon Meadows Hyundaiis actively searching for a Receptionist to join the team at Dilawri Group!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • As the receptionist at Canyon Meadows Hyundai, you are the Manager of First Impressions. As the first point of contact for clients, you require exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette. You will greet and assist clients when they first arrive at the dealership.

  • Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provides basic information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group in order to answer inquiries and to refer customers to the appropriate individual or department.

  • Maintains the cleanliness of the customer waiting lounge and ensures it is well stocked.

  • Performs administrative duties such as recording sales traffic, distributing schedules for Sales Representatives, maintaining gas chit books and receipts, updating telephone lists, updating vehicle inventory lists and ordering business cards.

  • Reviews appointments and deliveries in dealership software and maintains customer relationship management alerts and customer maintenance.
