The Opportunity: Coordinator, Business Process in conjunction with the Business Process group is responsible for the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, training and support to Property management teams for the Canadian Real Estate Portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Assist with role-based training for new/returning property management staff on Concur, Nintex and/or Yardi, including tracking and setting up training, as well as follow-up emails and maintaining training documentation
- Manage the Business Process Group shared inbox, ensuring all emails are assigned to the proper resource or responded to in timely response
- Support property management staff on Concur, Nintex and/or Yardi, including pointing individuals to resources, reversing invoices in Yardi, etc.
- Maintain Property Administration Portal site
- Creation, management and maintenance of training materials, including best practices, quick reference guides, manuals and videos
- Assist with administrative tasks as required by the business process group team
- Other projects/duties as required.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of related property management administration experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships
- High degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy
- Attention to detail
- Specific experience in commercial real estate operations, considered an asset
- Working knowledge of French considered an asset
- A reliable vehicle and a valid Class G driver’s license in good standing
- Organizational/Multi-Task Skills - Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, and adapt to new ideas and constant changes
- Computer Skills - Strong skills in Excel and Word; SharePoint and Yardi experience an asset.
- Police Clearance - A criminal verification check is required for employment
