Philip Fernandes Designs is looking for an organized, detail-driven Architectural Technologist with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction. What You'll Bring

5+ years of Canadian construction experience preferred, in residential and/or commercial projects Bachelor of Architecture or Architectural Technology Diploma Proficiency in AutoCAD to produce detailed construction drawings Strong understanding of the Ontario Building Code and local by-laws Solid grasp of residential construction methods and detailing practices Strong written, verbal, and reading skills Competency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, or InDesign is an asset

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing working drawings — site plans, floor plans, elevations, wall sections, and details Producing detailing for residential and commercial projects Conducting by-law and code compliance reviews for each project Maintaining and developing office drafting standards in AutoCAD

What We Offer

Competitive salary: $55,000–$68,000, commensurate with experience
