You as a Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop client relationships to successfully deliver ongoing projects and to identify/create/position and pursue business opportunities
  • Identify and pursue future business opportunities for EllisDon Building in various sectors
  • Review and assessment of all RFP documentation and requirements and analysis of project requirements and development of a strategy focused on the winning the opportunity
  • Manage, build, and maintain relationships with the client and the client's project design team
  • Assist with the development of proposals and management of the design team in developing compliant and aggressive design solutions in response to RFP requirements including coordination of all disciplines
  • Assist in the management and leadership of pre-construction service process for ICI or ICI-related projects

Is this the right role for you?

  • Knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management and contract software
  • Experience with legal/commercial agreements and negotiating contracts
  • Background in Institutional, Commercial and Industrial construction
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Prior experience working with Defense Construction Canada (DCC) or similar defense-related projects
  • Eligibility to obtain Secret (Level II) Security Clearance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Saskatchewan and Manitoba as required.
