We are currently looking for a full-time insurance broker to join our Personal Lines department. As part of our team you will work with our clients performing as a trusted advisor and advocate by handling renewals, assessing risk exposures, providing recommendations for coverage, offering claims advice, recognizing, pursing and capturing new business wins from many sources including internal referrals, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

What Will You Spend Your Days Doing?

Provide prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service to personal lines clients, carriers, and internal team members Prepare and process quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes Review underwriting information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness Conduct detailed risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to client needs Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers Identify and act on cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities when appropriate Remarket personal lines policies to ensure competitive coverage and pricing Take and submit new claim reports and support clients through the claims process with timely follow‑up Maintain proactive oversight of client accounts, resolving outstanding items efficiently Ensure accurate data entry in carrier portals and the broker management system (Applied EPIC) Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market changes Contribute to a positive, customer‑first culture within the team

Key Qualifications

Active RIBO license

Experience servicing a personal lines book of business within a brokerage environment Strong relationship‑building, communication, and client service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting fundamentals Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Experience with Applied EPIC is an asset

Compensation and Benefits

Our salary ranges reflect the skills, experience, and responsibilities required for each role while providing opportunities for growth as you develop your career with us. Candidates with extensive, directly relevant experience will typically be hired at or near the midpoint of the salary range. The upper end of the range is generally reserved for team members who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance, make a meaningful impact, and continue to grow within their role. Those who are earlier in their career or building experience may join below the midpoint, with opportunities to progress over time. Your final salary will be based on your experience, skills, qualifications, and the value you bring to the role. Of course, great compensation is about more than salary.
