THE ROLE:
The Change Management Coordinator supports the planning, tracking, and execution of EPCM-generated change

management activities. This role ensures that change requests are properly documented, analyzed, approved, and

communicated, helping project teams manage impacts to scope, schedule, cost, and risk. The coordinator acts as a

central point of control for change documentation and assists leaders in maintaining compliance with governance

processes ensuring alignment with Delegation of Authority (DoA) and budget controls.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
  • PMP or Change Management certification (preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience; 2+ EPCM/Mining Project Assignments
  • Understanding of change management processes in EPCM projects.
  • Proficiency in SAP and related financial systems.
  • Understanding of Primavera P6, project management systems, and SharePoint.
  • Organizational and coordination skills.
  • Communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess impacts of changes and escalation priorities
  • Skilled in timely and accurate processing of change requests.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, error-free reporting according to project timelines.
  • Ability to prioritize and triage requests based on urgency and impact
  • Skilled in compliance with governance standards and DoA thresholds.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review EPCM change requests for accuracy, compliance, and impact on cost, schedule, and scope.
  • Review and monitor the change log, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Estimator, Planner/Scheduler, and Quantity Surveyor to validate cost and schedule impacts.
  • Identify risks or potential issues and impacts associated with change requests and communicate these

promptly to project leadership.

  • Prioritize changes based on urgency and escalate critical changes immediately to senior leadership.
  • Utilize emergency escalation protocols for changes that pose immediate risks to safety, budget, schedule, or

compliance.

  • Ensure alignment of approved changes with SAP WBS and package structures.
  • Monitor and track change requests for timely implementation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
