Your daily role:
- Be trained and required to operate different types of machinery in order to effectively complete required tasks;
- Train and provide direction to Packaging Technicians to maintain consistent operation of all packaging lines meeting production targets;
- Organize and complete effective and efficient changeovers;
- Troubleshoot packaging equipment and perform preventative maintenance when required;
- Communicating effectively with Operations Leaders to maintain production;
- Working in compliance with established Safety, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety protocols, reporting all concerns to your supervisor
Your profile:

Working knowledge of Packaging equipment and basic troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude;

1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing setting;

Strong computer, communication and organizational skills;
-
Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities and work independently;

Regular lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50lbs;
-
A builder of teams and positive work environments;
