Risk Administrator

Full-Time

Hartland, NB (Hybrid)

The Risk Administrator supports the Safety & Risk Management department by collecting, recording and tracking relevant data as pertains to Accident Claims and Driver Safety teams. This role is responsible for bridging communication across functions, nationally to collect and maintain accurate information.

How You'll Help:

  • Setup all accidents for US based trucks in IMS (accident database), SP (Sharepoint) and Disciplinary Actions in Oracle.

  • Monitor Accident Inbox daily to ensure our databases are populated efficiently with information obtained on the accidents.

  • Investigate and adjust all US forklift damage files.

  • Receive and add all Canadian and US accident reports into IMS. Also update “scene tab” information and “other party” information tab as needed

  • Process all invoices relating to accidents for accidents in Canadian data base. Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely payment of accident claims invoicing.

  • Provide backup for Canadian admin personnel as needed

  • Other related duties as may be required

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration or related field would be an asset

  • A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or in the transportation industry

  • A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered

  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel & Word; must possess the aptitude for learning new programs
