Role Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Collector Engagement, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing the Collector Lifecycle Marketing Strategy. This includes both promotional and content-based initiatives across channels such as email, mobile, and web. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and align with program KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing programs across owned and paid channels throughout the collector lifecycle.
- Drive creative development and collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling campaigns aligned with lifecycle goals.
- Manage workflows and timelines across multiple teams and partners (internal and external).
- Analyze campaign performance data, share insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all campaign materials to maintain integrity and enhance the collector experience.
- Support strategic initiatives, change management, and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor performance against plans and objectives, escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in marketing or related field.
- Degree/diploma in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- Strong knowledge of core marketing disciplines.
- Experience working on multi-channel initiatives and across various stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Skilled in delivering insights and recommendations.
- Comfortable presenting in small and large settings.

- Analytical: Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.

Salary:
$45,500.00 - $84,500.00

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
