Subaru Windsor is looking for an exceptional Business Manager (F&I) to join our Business Office. With a growing pre-owned department and new models, we are expanding our sales team. We look for positive, self-motivated and accountable people. Someone who doesn’t need to be pushed to succeed but chases success on their own. WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A well balanced and self-motivated Financial Services Manager; who is process and results-driven
- Honest and enthusiastic person who embraces a customer-centered philosophy and a team approach, by cooperating with all other departments and personnel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Financial Service Manager experience is not required; we are willing to train the best candidate, however, candidates must have 5+ years of sales experience to be eligible for this position. Dealership sales experience is an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Oversees all aspects of financing and leasing.
- Assists Sales team in all areas of financing, keeping them advised of the status of contracts.
- Supports the Sales Team by providing them with instruction and skill-building in areas of financing so they may properly qualify clients.
- Supervises the finance and lease portfolio and, in conjunction with the Sales Manager, ensures proper follow-up with leasing clients.
- Maintains primary contact with financing and leasing sources and ensures that the preparations for finance and lease contracts are error-free
- Working to get the customer’s financed, and deals funded promptly.
- Presenting additional products to Clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- A valid OMVIC license (or willing to get OMVIC license)
- A valid class "G" license
- Previous Automotive F&I experience an asset but not necessary
- Able to work evening and Saturday shifts when required
