About the role
Shipping Labourer – Production Department Hendriks Greenhouses | Beamsville, ON Full-Time, Permanent Hendriks Greenhouses is seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Labourer to join our Production team within the Shipping department. This hands-on role supports the packing, staging, and preparation of finished products to ensure accurate and timely shipment to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Verify order accuracy and product quality
- Stage orders for efficient loading and delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support daily production and shipping targets
Qualifications
- Shipping, warehouse, or production experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures
- Steel-toe safety footwear required
- Reliable transportation
