We are looking for an HRIS Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

This exciting opportunity will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and successful operation of our Workday system. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will not only lead, but actively contribute, rolling up your sleeves to solve problems and deliver results.

In this role, you will oversee all Human Resources functions within Workday, including system security, maintenance, and optimization, while also driving transformation and continuous improvement. You will guide and mentor the HRIS team, taking our HR technology and processes to the next level in alignment with organizational strategy. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, other highlights include:

  • Provide vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for optimizing Workday to meet current and future business needs within the organization, ensuring alignment with objectives and HR strategies.
  • Manage accurate and timely HRIS updates and modifications of all HR-related modules, including researching and implementing best practices that support changes.
  • Responsible for security administration of Workday, including adding, modifying, and terminating access as required, and conducting quarterly reviews to ensure system controls are in place
  • Work collaboratively with the Finance System team and Project Management Office to ensure Workday functionality is optimized across departments.
  • Ensure effective HRIS system integrations, particularly in relation to acquisitions, mergers, and system migrations.
  • Provide assistance in the development of HR reporting and analytics requirements to the business and human resources.

What You'll Need:

  • Certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including third-party systems and data migration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance regulations.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
