We are seeking a full-time Packaging & Graphic Design Specialist. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining all packaging materials, installation manuals, labels, inserts, line drawings, and print-ready files. You must have deep knowledge of how to design within strict dielines, structure print-ready documents, prepare files correctly for production, and maintain consistency across a large catalog of products.

Alongside packaging, you will also support the marketing team by producing high-quality listing images, website banners, ads, and other digital graphics. You should be comfortable bringing fresh concepts, always following existing brand guidelines, and producing polished visuals with minimal back and forth.

Once trained in our workflow and organization systems, you will handle packaging and graphic work end to end.

Primary Responsibilities: Packaging and Print

• Create installation manuals, product labels, inserts, packaging layouts, and update them as products evolve

• Build accurate dielines and print-ready files with correct bleeds, layers, color profiles, and production specifications

• Manage SKU updates including barcode replacements and version changes

• Create clean product line drawings based on product images or reference files

• Maintain consistent visual style across all packaging and print materials

• Update packaging documents as new versions, finishes, or technical details change

• Keep all packaging files organized, named correctly, and stored in the correct locations

Secondary Responsibilities: Graphic Design

• Create Amazon and Shopify listing images, infographics, and A+ content

• Develop website banners, promotional graphics, and ad creatives

• Produce digital assets that are refined, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines

• Take broader briefs and develop complete concepts without heavy direction

Workflow and Systems

• Follow exact naming conventions

• Maintain clean, structured Google Drive folders

• Use ClickUp for task tracking and deadlines

• Use Airtable to upload and manage packaging assets after training

• Manage all design work from start to finish with minimal oversight

Requirements

• 2+ Years experience as a packaging designer or print-focused graphic designer

• Strong understanding of print-ready file preparation, dielines, bleeds, file structure, and color management

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

• Ability to create line drawings that match an established brand style

• Strong graphic design ability for digital marketing assets

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large file libraries

• Comfortable using Google Drive, ClickUp, and Airtable after training

• Detail-oriented and able to take ownership of projects

• Must be located in Canada

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time for a US-based company

Compensation: $5,500 CAD

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday US Eastern Time Zone (ET).

Time Off:

• 10 days PTO in year 1 (prorated)

• 15 days annually from year 2 onward
