Rubicon Holdings Corp. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Farm Worker to support post-harvest activities and processing operations. The successful candidate will assist with tasks such as trimming, drying, curing, and packaging of harvested crops, while following established procedures to maintain product quality and consistency. This role focuses on hands-on support within the production team and requires the ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and comply with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-**Post-Harvest Processing:**Assist with post-harvest activities such as trimming, drying, curing, and packaging of cannabis plants, ensuring products are handled carefully and meet quality standards. -**Processing Support:**Support extraction-related activities by preparing materials, assisting operators, and helping maintain a smooth workflow throughout processing stages. -**Equipment Use & Basic Maintenance:**Operate and clean basic processing equipment as required, and assist with routine maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly. -**Quality Support:**Follow established quality control procedures by handling materials properly and reporting any issues related to product quality, consistency, or contamination. -**Team Collaboration:**Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete daily tasks efficiently, following instructions and company procedures. -**Material Handling & Inventory Support:**Assist with moving raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products, and help track inventory levels to support production needs. -**Documentation Support:**Accurately complete basic records such as production logs, cleaning records, and inventory tracking as required. -**Health & Safety Compliance:**Follow all health and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE, safe handling of materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in agricultural work, greenhouse operations, or post-harvest handling, including tasks such as trimming, sorting, drying, or packing.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills to support daily production and post-harvest activities.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, to support simple data entry and record-keeping tasks.

• Experience with post-harvest packing and handling of agricultural products is considered an asset.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends, based on operational needs. The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check as part of the employment process.
