Job Title – Senior Consultant, IT Risk, Performance & Technology Location – Toronto, Ontario (Downtown) – Hybrid (3 days onsite) Role Type – Direct Hire
Must Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience performing SOC 2 audits and reporting from the audit side (not SOC 2 readiness or advisory engagements) Previous experience with a Big 4 or national accounting/consulting firm Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment Performance-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality client results Eligibility to work in Canada
Responsibilities and Job Details: Lead and support SOC 2 audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines Assess IT risk and controls and provide meaningful recommendations to clients Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to deliver exceptional consulting services Prepare audit documentation, reports, and client deliverables with accuracy and professionalism Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trusted advisory services Work closely with senior team members to deliver successful project outcomes across various industries Stay current on evolving IT risk, compliance, and assurance standards Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing consulting team focused on excellence and client success Thrive in a merit-based environment where strong performance and client impact are recognized and rewarded
