About the role

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst (RQ00494) for Supply Ontario to support Primary Care Coordination Gateway (PCCG) and Provincial Health Services Directory (PHSD) integrations. This hybrid role provides business analysis for eReferral network expansions integrating Central Intake Hub, HIS Epic sites, and other Hospital Information Systems using FHIR standards. Position Details Client: Supply Ontario

Location: 525 University Ave, Toronto, Canada (Hybrid - up to 3 days onsite per HM discretion)

Start Date: February 23, 2026

End Date: November 12, 2026

Duration: 184 business days (Option to extend up to 251 additional days)

Hours: 7.25 hours per day (5 days/week)

Must Haves (10+ Years Experience):

  • Analytical/problem-solving/decision-making skills
  • Leads/conducts business analysis
  • Requirements gathering/documentation with strong communication/presentation skills
  • Information Management principles knowledge
  • Translate business/data requirements into technical specifications
  • Business analysis methods: functional/event modeling, process mapping
  • Structured/object-oriented/agile methodologies
  • AODA regulations/standards knowledge

Key Scope Support PCCG (eReferral routing gateway) + PHSD (Health Services Directory) integrations with:

  • Central Intake Hub (CI Hub) for referrals (Fax/eFax/eReferrals)
  • HIS Epic sites + other Hospital Information Systems
  • FHIR standards for healthcare interoperability

Core Responsibilities

  • Gather/document/analyze business needs with stakeholders/SMEs
  • Lead business analysis per OPS Unified PM Methodology/Enterprise Architecture
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies
  • Conduct JAD sessions, interviews, mockups for requirements
  • Create business modeling, use cases, data modeling, process flows
  • Develop performance measures, traceability matrices
  • Monitor progress, resolve problems, report to management/stakeholders
