As the Manager of Functional Development for Supply Chain & Merchandising, you will operationalize the global functional development strategy by tailoring programs to the unique needs of supply, logistics, planning, and merchandising teams. Your role on the Retail Training team is key to our organization’s growth and business maturity goals through supporting with training, our people to unleash their potential and build a high-performance culture.

- Adapting and delivering global capability frameworks into targeted training programs for operational and merchandising excellence

- Coordinating with external vendors, facilitators, and SMEs to execute functional learning programs
- Tracking and measuring program effectiveness, providing clear reporting to leaders
- Supporting leaders in embedding functional development into team practices and performance goals
- Acting as a bridge between the global Functional Development team and Supply Chain & Merchandising functions
