About the role
We are seeking a Senior Retail Operations Advisor for Can-Am On-Road in North America. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will play a key role in helping BRP maintain and strengthen its leadership position within the North American powersports industry. In this role, you will directly contribute organizational growth by developing and executing strategies that set BRP apart from competitors and generate strong momentum in our most important markets.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Identify monthly Go-to-market priorities, build action plans with key stakeholders and present progress updates to senior management;
Lead regional go-to-market & 360 campaigns by developing strategies and deploying tactics that will solidify our position in the market while stimulating retail sales;
Play a key role in executing growth initiatives in priority markets and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and of regional marketing plans;
Foster strong alignment and synergy across internal departments by optimizing processes and communication with key stakeholders;
Build solid business relationships with Regional and District Sales Managers contributing to your regional plans;
Champion change management and drive your initiatives forward with the support of your Manager;
Support your Manager in identifying business opportunities and defining both short- and long-term strategies.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or a related field.
**5+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:**Commercial /Sales, Marketing or Retail Operations.
Strong project-management skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated leadership and strong sense of ownership.
Highly Driven with a burning desire to WIN versus competition.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
