About the role
We are seeking an experienced bilingual Product Owner to lead the strategic evolution of a Microsoft 365 solution within a digital transformation context. The Product Owner will be responsible for maximizing the value of the solution by aligning it with business vision and user needs, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing migration and long-term support planning.
Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and communicate a clear and compelling product vision for M365.
- Prioritize backlog items based on strategic and operational impact.
- Align stakeholders around short-, medium-, and long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate in a ‘’dotted line’’model with internal or external partner teams, without direct reporting lines.
- Maintain effective communication and facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
- Oversee the functional and technical evolution of the existing M365 solution.
- Lead or co-lead the migration from Google Suite to Microsoft 365.
- Ensure a smooth transition with minimal impact on users and operations.
- Anticipate and organize long-term ownership of the solution (support, maintenance, operations).
Requirements
- 8ಏ years of relevant experience in product or digital project management.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 environments and Google-to-M365 migration projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
- Availability to work on-site or in hybrid mode in one of the following locations: Montreal, Valcourt, Sherbrooke, or Brossard.
