About Us We are a locally owned in-home senior care company rooted in compassion, trust, and personalized support. Our team provides heartfelt care to seniors and families across the Okanagan, blending practical assistance with emotional presence. The Role

We’re seeking a well-connected, respected individual. Ideally a retired or semi-retired nurse, social worker, or healthcare professional to help us build meaningful referral relationships in the community. This is not a sales job. It’s a relationship-building role grounded in empathy, transparency, and trust.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with local professionals (clinics, pharmacies, senior centers, allied health providers) to introduce our services
  • Attend community events and represent our values with warmth and professionalism
  • Identify partnership opportunities with organizations that support seniors and families
  • Collaborate on outreach materials that reflect our gentle, inclusive tone
  • Offer feedback on how we can better serve the community

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Are a retired nurse, social worker, or healthcare professional with deep Okanagan ties
  • Are known for your integrity, kindness, and ability to connect across generations
  • Believe in the power of personalized care and emotional presence
  • Enjoy gentle outreach and collaborative storytelling
  • Are comfortable speaking about senior wellness and community support
  • Value transparency, ethical care, and local trust

What We Offer

  • A flexible, part-time role with heart
  • Deep collaboration with a team that values your wisdom
  • Opportunities to shape how senior care is understood and accessed in the Okanagan
  • A chance to uplift families and build lasting community connections

Senior Helpers Company Culture:
