Senior Program Manager – Website Migration (Contract) Start Date: July 29, 2026 Duration: 12 months Extension: Possible Conversion: No Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week Location: Hybrid – Toronto, ON
Role Overview Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on migrating approximately 1,000 advisor websites to a new CMS platform. This role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance, and execution. The successful candidate will drive planning, risk management, communications, and delivery across multiple business and technology teams while ensuring successful implementation within aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale advisor website migration program Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using MS Project Coordinate delivery across business, technology, vendors, marketing, advisor enablement, and change management teams Manage vendor relationships, delivery milestones, and project dependencies Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and escalations Provide executive-level status reporting, governance updates, and project communications Align business and vendor delivery schedules to ensure successful implementation Coordinate onboarding, training, and change management activities Support quality assurance, readiness planning, and successful platform rollout Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes
Required Qualifications 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience Experience leading enterprise digital transformation, website migration, or CMS migration initiatives Advanced proficiency with MS Project and development of detailed integrated project plans Strong vendor management and third-party delivery experience Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams and complex project dependencies Ability to manage large, high-visibility programs with aggressive timelines Experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, or other regulated industries Strong governance, risk management, executive reporting, and communication skills Nice to Have Private Wealth Management or Investment Advisory industry experience Marketing or digital platform implementation experience Experience with CMS platforms such as Broadridge, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or Contentful Experience supporting change management and training initiatives PMP certification Experience supporting advisor-facing digital platforms or self-service websites Soft Skills Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills Strong collaboration and teamwork Ability to navigate complex organizations and diverse stakeholder groups Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities High level of accountability and ownership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments Diplomatic approach to resolving conflicts and building consensus Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset
