Key Responsibilities:
- Engage & Advise: Build trusted relationships with business and IT leaders (up to the C-suite). Surface modernization opportunities and shape long-term Microsoft 365 and security roadmaps.
- Drive Modern Work Adoption: Translate business goals into Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Defender use-cases that boost productivity and employee experience
- Secure the Cloud: Design and position Zero-Trust solutions across E5, Defender XDR, Purview, Entra, and Sentinel. Balance risk reduction with user agility.
- Win Technical Decisions: Lead workshops, demos, and PoCs that prove value and move opportunities to closure.
- Co-Sell with Microsoft: Orchestrate joint account plans with Microsoft Sellers, leverage funding programs, and hit shared Modern Work & Security targets.
- Thought Leadership & Upskilling: Stay current on Microsoft’s Copilot and security release cadence; coach colleagues and clients on emerging capabilities.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Track record in Microsoft Modern Work & Security – 3+ years driving M365/Copilot/Defender/Sentinel solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Business storyteller – Confident translating technical features into executive-ready value propositions and ROI models.
- Presales athlete – Experienced running discovery, architecture sessions, and competitive positioning to close mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Leadership without authority – Skilled at mobilizing virtual teams of sales, architects, and delivery resources.
- Alliance mindset – Comfortable navigating Microsoft field roles, programs, and funding to accelerate wins.
- Continuous learner – Passion for staying ahead of Microsoft’s rapid innovation curve and sharing insights with clients and peers.
