Salary: $ 28.91 - $38.98 (Based on education and experience)

JOB SUMMARY
Reviews and verifies contracts and amendments originated by Sales and other internal departments. Ensures accuracy of contract details and processes contracts in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Provides support to Sales on contract processes. Submits requests to warehouse and processes billing.
TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Not all inclusive or applicable to all assignments)

Verifies sales contracts, lease agreements and amendments. Ensures all equipment, maintenance, and financing options are accurately included. Verifies rates, including all service, administration charges, and taxes.

Ensures accuracy of contract information in the CRM system. Investigates discrepancies between contract, CRM, and customer billing. Makes necessary adjustments, as required.

Provides assistance to Sales in the proper completion of contracts and lease agreements.

Provides suggestions, feedback and testing for CRM system enhancements and resolutions that impact the contract process.

Responsible for uploading new/revised sales contract templates into the CRM system.

Contacts Sales and/or Product Management to clarify discounts and equipment price adjustments. Issues amendments as required.

Responsible for timely and accurate billing of various contracts and services.

Coordinates financing with Leasing Agents confirming rates, documentation, approvals and signatures. Calculates various types of lease payments, termination charges and any applicable pro-rating and credit amounts.

Initiates orders, tracks, and reconciles equipment to ensure timely payments. Identifies and resolves discrepancies as required.

Creates, analyzes and submits reports for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate in Business Administration with Introductory Financial Accounting (minimum 2 certificate classes or one degree class) and 2 years previous experience in Business Sales OR 3 years of Sales or Finance experience with Introductory Financial Accounting (minimum 2 certificate classes or one degree class).
- Working knowledge of current Business Sales processes, procedures and systems.
- General knowledge of basic finance and leasing concepts.
- Demonstrated problem solving, investigative and decision-making skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with others.
- Ability to provide guidance and instruction to others.
- Ability to plan and organize in a self-directed environment.
- Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.
