About the role
The Construction Analyst supports the construction department by driving efficiency and process improvements through data analysis and technology. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and providing training on construction-related systems. The analyst helps identify trends, monitor schedules, and improve overall operational performance. By leveraging insights and technology, they contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and ensure the successful execution of projects. Key Job Duties Conduct Audits and Maximize System Capabilities
- Perform regular audits on BuildBase to ensure accurate data entry and usage.
- Identify system inefficiencies and suggest improvements to optimize construction operations.
- Train team members on maximizing the platform’s features to improve productivity and data management.
Improve Construction Processes
- Analyze current construction workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement iterative process improvements to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with the construction team to monitor the impact of process changes.
- Design and deliver training and onboarding sessions for new and current staff.
Construction Compliance
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all requirements are met during inspections.
- Track and report on inspection outcomes to maintain construction quality standards.
Data Analysis
- Analyze data related to Starts, scheduling, and other construction metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Present actionable insights to senior management to support operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Track project schedules to identify potential delays or issues and make recommendations to mitigate risks or improve project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to address scheduling concerns and implement solutions.
Education Requirements
