Responsibilities
- Provides repair & related services including rentals for MSA SCBA, instrumentation, fall protection and related safety products.
- Processes service order transactions and provides quotes, communication and documentation as required.
- Manages local inventory, rental and demo equipment.
- Provides MSA product support & training to customers & channel partners.
Qualifications Education Requirements:
- 2 year Degree in electronics or related technical field or equivalent;
- Military training or 2 or more years of experience servicing gas detection instrumentation, SCBA or fall protection products.
This role is posted at multiple levels:
- Level I: Less than 2 years of experience in a repair service or training capacity
- Level II: 2-3 years of experience in a repair service or training capacity
- Level III: 5 years of experience in a repair service or training capacity
Additional Requirements :
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35-40 lbs. unassisted, coupled with good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working with tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures and regulations.
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
