Primary Responsibilities
- Completion of Personal Lines and Farm and Commercial billing items
- Pathway requests & campaigns
- Transactions (cancellation, reinstatement, policy changes and reissue)
- Participate in a billing phone queue for direct billing inquiries and payments while answering non-licensed SSK/chat inquiries
- Update the Duliban Hub with billing information for each company
- Report on cancellations weekly (ex: identifying cancellations & reasons)
- Answer/greet and triage incoming phone calls and walk in clients to available insurance professionals across the company in various departments
- Manage callbacks for all departments according to their specific procedures
- Reconcile/close out batches including e-transfer summaries, cheques and debit payments received over 1-2 days
- Prepare mail and courier items as needed
- Enter leads into zoho generated from client calls, quote emails and monoline emails for sales teams
- Adherence to all company health and safety policies
- Perform all other related duties as assigned with a high level of integrity and professionalism

- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of customer service experience
This is an on-site position and training will take place in Welland, Ontario.
