You’ll work on a range of vehicles, learn valuable skills, and have a clear path to grow into more advanced roles. Responsibilities Remove, install, balance, and rotate tires for passenger and light truck vehicles Perform tire repairs safely and efficiently, following standard procedures Assist with basic mechanical services (oil, lube and filter, inspections, alignments) with training and support Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE at all times Deliver consistent, friendly service that builds customer trust Stay active throughout your shift, including lifting and moving tires Requirements Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to work Valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Commitment to safety in all aspects of the role Previous tire or automotive experience is an asset, but not required What We Offer $20.56 per hour to start, with clear wage progression Structured schedule and a supportive team environment Ongoing training, including access to tools and equipment needed to work safely Opportunities to grow into full-time and advanced roles Health, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible roles) RRSP and profit sharing (DPSP) Employee discounts on tires and services Hiring Process Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview and may be invited for a guided tour of the store and service area.
