Novarc Technologies is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor for a two-month contract. This role will support the production of our cobots as part of our expanding team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time;
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee and vendor records;
  • Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial information to management and government agencies;
  • Setting and facilitating the achievement of department goals and objectives;
  • Developing, implementing, improving and enforcing budgets, policies and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors and lenders;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in accounting.
  • 2+ years of experience with NetSuite.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment with strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to analyze information and processes.
  • Motivation to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to company policies and current financial legislation.
  • Experience with Tipalti is considered an asset.
