Our client, a leading company in the construction and infrastructure industry, is seeking an Employee Support Representative to join their Employee Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining exposure to all levels of the business.

As an Employee Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. You will provide Tier 1 support by responding to inquiries through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate a high-volume environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries

Provide Tier 1 support through phone, chat, and written communication channels Route inquiries to the appropriate internal teams and stakeholders when required Maintain ongoing communication with employees to ensure timely issue resolution Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting employee lifecycle processes Accurately document and track requests within internal systems

Requirements

1+ years of service center, customer support, HR assistant, or related experience Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment Adaptable and flexible with changing business needs and priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow is considered an asset
