Description ENG - Provide support to the professor in preparing course materials, field exercises, and, more generally, with the teaching and logistics of the field course. - Supervise students during practical exercises at the university and in the field, particularly during long mountain hikes in variable weather conditions. - Act on behalf of the professor in their absence to ensure the safety of the group and the continuity of student instruction, supervision, and the smooth operation of field activities. - Grade exercises, field notebooks, reports, and StoryMaps both in the field and upon returning to the university, and participate in the oral evaluation. - Drive a 7-passenger vehicle in urban areas, on highways, and on rural roads. Be able to accompany the professor and students during fieldwork in natural environments, including mountain hiking over rugged terrain in variable weather conditions. Be available from August 27 to November 1. Preference may be given to candidates who have previously completed GEG4921 or who have prior experience working or teaching in the field with the professor.
